Mutation: Steve is able to control the air around him and can create hurricane force winds when really pushing himself. he is also capable to transformhimself into oxygen, but only his body become immaterial; he can't carry anything except through his wind abilities. He can go through cracks in walls as long as air can get through.

History: Steven had a normal childhood even with his mutation. being one of the few mutants excepted in a city, he became its gaurdian for the better part of a year, until a rash of robberies began with him as the main suspect. Almost all of his friends immediatly turned against him. Now Steven is a runaway, a fugitive, and a known mutant.

Steven is kind hearted person with a highly flirtatious attitude and extensive funnybone. While he cracks jokes at just about anything he is even quicker defending himself or those he cares about. However, because of being falsely accused of a crime, Steven is not very quick to trust.
