Mutation: Anyone who sees Jeff in action thinks that he has superspeed, but this is not exactly the case. He has the power to affect timefields, the flow of time around objects. His ability allows him to speed up or slow down the flow in relation to everything outside the field. While he can affect the field around anything, he generally avoids doing this as it causes the effects of the changed time flow to be applied (i.e. increasing the flow of time around a person causes accelerated aging). Luckily for Jeff, he possesses another mutant ability: immortality. While he may appear to be 17 years old to the rest of the world, biologically he his several hundred years old.

History: Jeff was a normal suburban teenager until the day his powers manifested themselves. He was a star wide reciever on this school's football team, and had just caught a pass and was running for a touchdown. When he turned around to celebrate everyone - fans, players, and coaches - appeared to be frozen. Eventually his power wore off. Frightened, he ran away from home, seeking help. That help came in the form of Charles Xavier.
