History: If you need to kill something, Scalphunter is the man for the job. An expert assassin, some say he is the best in the buisness. Not much is known about him, with the exception of a botched job in Dallas Texas a few months ago. Scalphunter had been hired to kill off the head of a large corperation, but when he went to make the shot he was discovered by the fugitive Willow. This almost resulted in Scalphunter's capture after he was blown off the roof. He or course evaded capture, and has been hunting Willow ever since.
